Holy Trinity is a warm and welcoming community. We believe children should be seen and heard in church. No need to rush out if your child has forgotten their 'indoor voice' or 'church whisper' today. No need to rummage through your bag of tricks and treats to keep them quiet. As a parent you are doing something wonderful and important for yourself and your children by coming to church and we want you to feel at ease.
Crumbs and crying happen but alongside that is also a lot of learning. Children pick up a great deal of formation by being in Church with everyone else. Children don't need to wait until they can understand the complexities of faith in order to attend church.
At Holy Trinity your children and families are not just tolerated but you are a vital part of the congregation.
JESUS WELCOMED CHILDREN AND SO DO WE!
Our children’s area is being upgraded at the moment and we will soon have a padded and more comfortable children's area, for the parents as well as the kids. Toys are provided in the church to make it easier for you to entertain and supervise your younger children in church while still being part of the service and the community.
We do ask that parents and guardians surpervise their children while in church to avoid accidents and injury.
While the church has taken all reasonable steps to ensure the church is safe to explore,
in a church not everything can be "Baby proof".
